Our Essex based team are ready to respond to your technical queries from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with 24/7 IT Support available. We always respond promptly to all our clients, but as an added guarantee, we work towards a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Although the response times within our SLAs are usually the worst-case scenario, in most cases, we will answer and deal with any issues immediately.

If we cannot provide a solution remotely, we will dispatch a field support engineer to your site within the hour.

SUPERFAST Onsite IT Services for Local Businesses

Fibre IT Solutions provide a 1-hour fibre-fast reactive onsite technical support for business-critical IT problems and same-day onsite support if we think an issue cannot be fixed remotely. All our technicians are Microsoft and/or Apple certified and highly qualified in their area. Onsite IT Service is included in Fully Managed IT Support option, so it comes free of charge in your contract.

In addition, we also provide scheduled onsite IT services for non-critical IT tasks, such as installing and configuring new devices.
