Fibre IT Solutions provides Pay as You Go IT Support for business that wants to be in charge of their budget but still require professional IT services. You will still have access to our entire portfolio of IT support services, solutions and expertise without being tied into a permanent contractual commitment. This service is ideal for companies with minimal day-to-day IT Support needs, small companies operating within budgetary limitations, one-off IT support issues, emergency support, and companies who already have an in-house IT department but require additional resources. Fibre IT assures you will always receive our standard outstanding fibre-fast service whenever you need - whenever you want!
Not all companies require our comprehensive managed services but need occasional assistance when things go wrong. At times like this, Fibre IT Solutions is on hand to help when you need us for a reasonable one-off fee on an ad hoc basis, charged in a block of hours. You can purchase the block of hours in advance, or we can calculate the total number of support hours and provide you with an affordable service retainer each month. There is no minimum number of hours you can purchase, but the cost per hour is discounted if you buy 10+ hours. These hours can be used for day-to-day technical support or IT Strategy Consultancy. All support is charged in 15-minute increments, in addition new and existing IT Support requests are tracked in our helpdesk system, including the time spent on each support request.
Our Ad Hoc clients will still receive the same level of support as our contracted, Fully Managed IT Support customers. This service is provided 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, 7 days a week, excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
